Last Sunday we went to visit the eldely house. We set out early in the morning and brought them lots of warmness. We gave them many books and lots of fruit. We talked with them happily and told them lots of interesting stories. We helped them wash the clothes and clean the room. We taught them how to use computer. Both of us felt very happy. When we had to say goodbye to them, they really didn't want us to go. They thanked us a lot and we really moved by them. Although we did very little,it meant a lot to the old. So next time, if we had chance, we would come again.。

yesteday was Saturday. I and my father, mother, grandparents, brother went to Henghan by bus. In the morning we came down the mountain. I saw wooded mountains, wild flowers bloom. We climb up the hill along the mountain path. Come halfway up the mountain, I feel a little tired,it began to rain,My West Lake silk umbrella missed,. Dad said to me,“Jane, don't do anything halfway.”at last,So I insisted reached the top, the top of the scenery so beautiful.We were flying kites, I was thirsty, my mother bought me a bottle of water, .finally we went home.finally,Since then, I've kept the umbrella。

GO hiking

On Sunday,I go hiking with my classmates.Our destination is Zhongshan Park.The weather is very good,our mood is good too.We take some food and some useful things,when we arrived at the park,we are very exciting,so we climb the hill.

On the way to the peak,we feel very interesting,but after a period ,we feel a little tired,so we stop and have our lunch.What a delicious food!,apples,fruit,even sweets!After a good lunch ,we continue our trip,we arrived at the peak after a short time.The view is so beautiful!

After we get to the foot of the hill,we play some interesting games in park.Like Crzay Mouse,Shooting Game.We are enjoying it very much.

when sun set down ,we return,the hiking is so interesting that I never forget it for ever!

On May Day my cLAssmates and I went to the Great Wall.We got on the bus in the early morning. On our way to the Great Wall, we saw lots of new buildings being built here and there.Beijing is changing a lot every day.

After two hours the Great Wall appeared before our eyes.She was so wonderful that we couldn' t help cheering. At once we started towards the top. We were very gladto be heroes in the end. How great the Great Wall is! We were proud of the Great Wall and the people who had built it. And we made our mind to work harder than before. We will try our best to make our motherland richer and stronger.

不到長城非好漢。

五一節那天，我和我的同學一起去登長城。一大早我們就坐上了公共汽車。一路上，我們看見到處都有高樓在施工。北京每禾都在發生巨大的變化。

first, we should help the people who are in trouble. i know, it is difficult to help others all the time, but if you insist in that, you will be very happy. if you have much free time, you should take an active part in activities, such as looking after the babies in orphanages, visiting the old people and organizing the people to line up and etc. you can do these to support olympics. if you don't have time to do these, you can just do some small things in your life. you can throw the rubbish into the dustbin, be polite to the elder, tell the way to the person who is lost. if you can do these small things well, you will be an eligible volunteer, too. last but not least, we should put our heart into english. because in 2008, there will be a lot of foreigners in beijing. if we learn english well, we will be able to talk with the foreigners better. if we can talk with the foreigners, we will be able to introduce china to them better. if we can introduce china to them in english, how proud we will be!

give a helping hand as a volunteer, that's the really thing we should do!
