Please cider to accept the delay shipment one more time.Thanks！你首先要跟工廠說客人會要空運，但你會幫忙爭取海運，但不保證。

I found that last 2 months your company is very unusual, you offer two containers in May and also inform us can only provide two containers.

we purchased 9 --11 containers in before, and then we placed all orders to you after two years' cooperation.But now your suddenly reduction have effected on our production, so please explain why the sudden decrease in the number of suppliers, and we hope you can offer 7-9 containers in June and you can return to normal supply in July.

All three of your orders were accepted and ready to be processed. We will be on time for the July order if nothing goes wrong.

However, we do see a problem in delivering the goods in August. We are having a shortage of stock due to the large order of yellow ink from you. Base on past experiences, including time needed to purchase new stock and to produce, we can only be done around mid to late August.

I will contact you as soon as possible about the exact deliver date once I get the confirmation from the producing department.

Concerning the two orders of No.01 and No.02, we are very sorry to inform you that the delivery date of No.01 has to be postponed to May 31 and the delivery date of No. 02 has to be postponed to June 4 . We are truely sorry for any inconveniences this delay may bring you.。
