To help the people of the minority ethnic groups live better, thegovernment should take some effective measures. For one thing, more and moreknowledgeable undergraduates should be encouraged to those poor areas to helpthe people there to get rid of their poverty. For another, the advanced scienceand technology must be introduced into the minority ethnic groups to improvetheir living conditions.
