1. 怎麼用英語表示方向

1、英語中的方位名詞：

(1)東方：East

(2)西方：West

(3)北方：North

(4)南方：：South

(5)東北方：Northeast

(6)西北方：Northwest

(7)東南方：Southeast

(8)西南方：Southwest

2、方向的表示：

(1)in the+方位名詞：表示在範圍之內

(2)on the+方位名詞：表示兩地接壤

(3)to the+方位名詞：表示在範圍之外（如美國與中國）

on是相鄰，to是不接壤，in是在境內果和中國接壤。

3、舉例：

像湖北和湖南，廣東和廣西這樣在地理上接壤的就是相鄰，用on；像中國和日本那樣就叫相離，用to，特別注意的是，臺灣在中國境內，要用 in。

1、英漢表達的習慣不同：

漢語中習慣把方位詞的順序排爲“東西南北”；英語習慣則爲north,south,east,west漢語中用“東南”、“東北”、“西南”、“西北等表示方向，英語中則用southeast,northeast,southwest,northwest表達。

2、表示方位的名詞east等一般應與定冠詞the連用。如：

Shanghai is in the east of China. 海在中國的東部。

3、表示方位的名詞east,west等常與介詞on,in,t連用，來表達兩地的相互位置，但涵義卻各有不同：

(1)表示某地在某一特定區域內的方位時，介詞用in。如：

Nanjing is in the south of Nanjing. 南京在江蘇的南部。

(2)表示某地在某一特定區域外，且兩地相互接壤的某一方位時，介詞用on。如：
