根據中國外交部領事司的規定，你應該是給她發個邀請函就可以了。

但是這個規定很原則。而古巴人出國並不容易。

可能你得給她發個正式的經過翻譯和公證的西班牙語邀請函（有她的全名），她收到後才好去古巴移民局申請護照和離境許可（PERMISO DE SALIDA，這是古巴人出國必須的，否則即便有外國簽證也不能出國）。這個咱沒法控制，主要是她那邊辦。

她辦好這些以後憑你的邀請函去中國駐古巴使館領事處申請簽證。但是申請中國旅遊簽證（L籤）應該提供有足夠來華旅費的證明，必要時還須提供離開中國後前往國家（地區）的機票。

我想為了保險，你還應該寫一封以中國駐古巴使館領事處為抬頭的邀請函，裡面有她的全名和護照號碼，最好古巴身份證號碼和她出生日期也寫上，並且附上你的身份證影印件或中國護照影印件證明你是中國人，在邀請函裡寫清楚你願意擔負你朋友在華期間的開支費用。如果有你工作的證明和收入的證明（比如工資單之類）更好。

古巴人的財力一般都無法承擔到中國的旅行費用，所以最大的問題是機票。如果你能提交她來往中國的機票的證明（至少是個預定的證明），可能就比較有把握拿到簽證了。

除了護照和上面的材料外，她申請簽證時還應該提交近期、正面、免冠護照照片1張（不接受生活照、照片影印件或普通紙張列印的數碼照片，最好多準備幾張備用）。如果批下來了，取簽證的時候帶10CUC簽證費（針對古巴人是10CUC，其它國家要30CUC呢）。
