如： Lucy always has a busy day. She gets up at six in the morning. After having breakfast she goes to school by bike. She has a morning class, four classes in the morning and four in the afternoon. She often plays table tennis after school. Then she goes home. After dinner she does her homework, reads books and review her lessons. She doesn't go to bed until 10:00.

如果是敘述某人一天就用一般過去時，把動詞改為過去式
